They do what they are warned not to and contine on with the carefree day. This ad show a young boy that can't make a shot until after he has a Gatorade. The message is obvious in that if you drink Gatorade you will be able to make shots.

The use of the camera and shadows makes the young boys seem like he is flying through the air like some basketball star like Michael Jordan.

Using the famous word of Muhammad Ali "Float like and butterfly and sting like a bee" gives a message of strength and finesse like the famous boxer was known for.

The ad also goes from showing a hot day out on the playground in color to black and white giving it a different feel, than back to color in the end shoeing that he overcame the heat of the day earlier with at triumphant clap.
