Teaching Youth Media by Steven Goodman
Many forms of media are predominant in the lives of young people and it is important that we as youth workers recognize this and begin to use technology in connecting with them.
It is important to teach young people how to dissect what they are viewing & hearing, so they can make the "right" choices about the media they are looking at. Allowing young people to use media to express themselves is also important for their personal growth as well as growth in the community.
